Open and honest communication
Robin was helpful along the way, we ran into a few issues that caused us to get pushed out but all in all it went well.

There are too many people involved. I’ve purchase the homes in my lifetime and this was the most confusing stressful.
Robin was very helpful throughout the entire process. She expertly handled my clients when questions and concerns arose. She was always very professional and did an amazing job!

Process of underwriting with the loan department was poorly handled. Multiple steps to prove employment with past and current employers wasnt necessary in our opinion.

I rely on my 30+ years of mortgage experience and in-depth knowledge of lending products and guidelines to navigate my clients through an efficient and successful transaction. Working largely with repeat customers and referral-based clients, I’ve assisted everyone from hourly wage earners to high-end luxury buyers. Early in my career, the majority of my customers were first time homebuyers, and it has been fun to grow with them as their lives have evolved and I still welcome the opportunity to work with first-time homebuyers. For my luxury buyers I have access to traditional and niche portfolio products.
