    Bob was very responsive and answered the same questions over and over :D Also was able to get me approved after another lender at a different agency was awful, short and dismissive. So glad I was referred to Bob after that.

    More communication from our Mortgage Agent. We never received any phone calls, we always had to call, or our realtor. We felt like we were always put on the back burner , as if we were not important during the entire process.
