There was almost no communication between the two of us unless I reached out to the team. Nothing was updated on my portal so I wasn't able to see where my process was , I had to find out closing dates from outside people.

It wasn’t an easy process overall for getting a mortgage, there is a lot of steps. But they worked with me and did everything to make it as simple as possible. We hit the deadlines and made it happen in the end.
GUILD MORGAGE WAS QUICK ON RESPONSES. THEY EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED. VERY NICE STAFF THE TURN AROUND WAS GREAT.
