Robert did a great job keeping me informed and updated on what was going on with my refinance. He was great to give out suggestions and tips that helped a ton! Great experience!

Frustrating that the underwriter, after six weeks time, decided to wait until the last minute to ask the HOA for financial docs. This postponed the settlement deadline.
