Mr Blagg was on top of the process very helpful day or night or weekends. Being very aggressive with the percentage rates for home mortgage loans.
The process was exceeding slow. After the initial estimate of 30 days no estimates on timing were given when requested. It took 2 and a half times longer than that initial estimate. Other than that Mr. Blagg was helpful and responsive.
