Very easy process and responsive team members. I was able to ask questions and get informative responses quickly. Document signing process was easy. Maybe more guided approach with less experienced customers.
Robbie is first class in all that he does. Always professional and always willing to help not only as a lender, but with anything he’s involved with. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience working with Robbie Gardner throughout my refinance process. He was prompt and very helpful. I will tell everyone about Atlantic Bay Mortgage!
Everything was fast and easy. Only complaint would be getting our checks to pay off loans a week later. We had to pay extra on some bills. But other than that all was good.
Everything went well I haven't had a lot of experience with loans and have never had the experience of going through a divorce Robbie explained each step and the process and I would encourage anyone to go through Robbie to make an easy decision...
