We had a long-term rate lock along with delays on a new build. Rob and his team worked to keep us at our original rate and gave us multiple options along the way. In the end we were very happy with the results.

as a fist time buyer I didn’t know much about what was going on. Robb was very helpful in answering my questions. He was also very quick to respond to emails and I’m getting documents.

Working with Robb went so well with the loan, I used him to refinance it years later. He got us an amazing rate both times. It was much lower than anywhere else I could find. Very easy to work with.

I needed to get all the paperwork done on a very tight schedule and he was very accomodating. He was always friendly and helpful and got everything done right away.
