when I was questioning rates and credit scores, Robb took time to explain everything with the tables. Robb was very professional. We had other lenders calling us where that was not the case .

Excellent communication and SUPURB response times! There wasn't a time during this process where I felt that Robb had a delay of any sort. Any question asked was quickly answered and any issue that arose was addressed professionally.
