    Rob was wonderful with communicating, which is everything in this business, to get things done in a tight timeframe! In this deal, I appreciated him also keeping the builder informed of the buyers updates etc.

    Rob was there every step of the way to help. He was able to provide us with timely answers and advice. He was always quick to respond no matter what time of day. Overall couldn’t ask for a better experience
