We had multiple closing delays (from the seller) and everyone was amazing at making sure we were ready to close the second the seller was!
communication is key.
Pricing on second homes and investment property. The portal is easy to use and quick to disclose, lock, etc.
Condo team initially denied file/ condo project based on poor overall knowledge of the Fannie Mae guidelines. This was incredibly frustrating being they had all the documents for nearly two weeks with the exception of the condo questionnaire....

The initial underwriting process took 7 days. Other than that the process was EXCELLENT!
Great communication, the whole team was super responsive! It made the process easy and smooth.
just an overall great experience from start to finish. Rob assisted while I worked through borrower paid and lender paid income, closing worked through any issues they had. this was my first closing with Kind and first as a broker in 25 years....

Communication is huge. So is making sure that the things needed to close on time are being done in well enough time. Being busy is no excuse to not return calls and messages.
Rob really came through nearing then end.
