Rob helped me navigate the portal/application process and stayed involved throughout the process. It got a little bumpy in the closing department, but they were quick to figure it out.

File was challenging and the closing department stepped up at the end to get it to closing. Would have preferred quicker response from underwriting regarding I797 alternative documents
