Rob and his team were thorough professionals and were wonderful to deal with in our mortgage refinancing, Rob made the overall process easier and effectively communicated the next steps and the timing.
Time delays were long, processor a bit disorganized, additional docs needed at the last minute because of the delays, closing rescheduled at very last minute (have no idea why)
Closing took over 90 days. Had to be postponed twice due to inability for them to send closing documents to title company. First time didn't even get a call there was an issue. Understand it's been a busy time but really disappointed with process....
