I love the process of helping my clients go from having an idea, to understanding all their options, putting together a plan, and making things happen for them. They put together a confusing fee worksheet for their client, increasing their stress levels. They solely suggest the typical 30-year mortgage, despite any alternative options. The client is left hoping their lender has their best interest in mind, and hoping that at the closing tables, the numbers will turn out okay.
