Great communication and treats customers extremely well. Good rate for the mortgage too. There was a delay in the underwriting but our understanding is that it was due to a backlog of requests. But apart from that it was a great experience
It took more than a year to from contract signing to closing and Rob as always there to help. He was always available , prompt and getting things done. I am grateful to him to get my mortage approved on the target closing date.

They put together a confusing fee worksheet for their client, increasing their stress levels. They solely suggest the typical 30-year mortgage, despite any alternative options. The client is left hoping their lender has their best interest in mind, and hoping that at the closing tables, the numbers will turn out okay.
