Rob was a pleasure to work with and I will contact him again for other needs. He helped compare different loan types and handled so much of the loan process for me. Mainly I just had to provide documentation and he did the rest.

PMI went up drastically right before closing increasing our total mortgage payment. Responsive but impersonal. If I could do it over again I would have shopped around.
