Communication was not clear resulting in three revisions to our house purchase contract and one (to the last day) month to provident three different amounts of down payments.
Always prompt responses, knowledgeable, and friendly.
It was very easy. I liked using my personal lawyer for closing
Poor communication with Rob and he was not interested in feedback on how it could be improved.
The support staff was very good, but sent too many questions to Rob who was difficult.
