The employees were very helpful, my only complaint is that it took longer than I expected to get the loan and the paperwork was burdensome - this is not the fault of Roberto of course

All workers are very nice and friendly. Always asking if I had any questions and were knowledgeable if I had any. If they did not know an answer they found it out and replied back to me.
