I paid for a rate lock , but Amerisave, not Roberto, decided that it would not honor the original deal because rates went up after the lock was in place. This required me to change from a 30 yr fixed loan to a 7 yr fixed then variable.

Roberto is very easy to work with. He responds quickly to phone calls and is always willing to discuss and explain any part of the process with you. I highly recommend him and he will be my first call should I need another loan in the future....
