Excellent service from the beginning to the end. Able to obtain a meaningful loan during a time when obtaining a refinance was not easy. Kudos to Ricky, Leann, Kelly, and others for pulling it off.

The underwriting process and the massive and extensive back and forth for minutiae and dealing with incorrect infomation queried by the underwriters that caused the loan proceedings to drag out for almost 4 months was excruciating. Ricky and...
