The whole process
Smooth process, clear instructions, thorough answers to questions and timely information.
Rick and Stacey are very competent in what they do, and are always very accommodating to help me get the docs that I need developed so that they'll be accepted.
The entire process was quick and easy. Rick and his team were very transparent about the process. There was even a video walking me through the various refinance options.
Communication is key to a successful collaboration and the more information that the agent can receive regarding anything that has been completed or that is still outstanding is helpful in getting it closed on time. I also appreciate the video...
