The process was good and efficient - Advisors stepped up in areas above expectation, including ensuring an appraisal was done in time when things have been very busy for appraisers
Received a wonderful loan rate!!!!
Even though it is a crazy busy time in the mortgage industry, Rick has a great team supporting him, and he took the time to call me back quickly when I had a specific question they couldn't answer.
What I stated before, also I was talking to Stacey the day before closing and asked for my closing time, she called Loraine to find out and she told her 10am, I found out from my realtor that night that it was actually at 9am.
Great (quick and efficient) communication throughout the entire process. Responded quickly to questions and concerns and closed on time!
