    Rick worked hard to get my loan approved. There were a lot of issues that underwriting didn’t understand and Rick was patient and made it happen

    Easiest lender process that I've ever had and I've purchased many properties over the years. He has tremendous experience which places him way above the typical lender agents and brokers.
