Rick Kristensen

Rick was available anytime I had questions or concerns. He got me in touch with a general contractor who was able to complete some projects before the sell. He helped make the process quick and painless!

Rick is very knowledgeable and makes himself available as needed when issues arise

All of the paperwork you sent me at the Internet went through just fine.

Very happy with the service provided by Rick, highly recommend him!

Was great at answering questions and throughout the closing process.

He is a well experienced agent! He gave us suggestions but not pushy, he left us enough space to decide what we want. We had a great experience buying a house with him. I’ll definitely recommend him to my friends.

Second house they have sold for us. Take the time to make sure house is ready and priced correctly. Kept us posted every step of the way.

Clear, accurate information and advice.
