We did hit a couple hurdles with my loan but each time Rick was helpful and supportive with helping solve the problem. It took Ricks expert knowledge to get to the clsong table.
It took way to long to get loan processed and there was a lot of duplication and effort required to get the review into underwriting.
Rick is awesome! Have done two mortgages with him and the experience for both has been great! I definitely will use him again and recommend him to my friends and family.
