Rick's a great guy and consummate professional. Always keeps you informed, explains your options well, and has a great staff helping him out. I had a wonderful experience getting my loan through him and I'm sure you will as well.
Rick was great to deal with, it got a little choppy near closing with the holiday but if it was a normal day I don't think any miscommunication would've happened!
He keeps you informed every step of the process. Doesn't hesitate to answer any questions you may have even on vacation. He even called me about the appraisal while he was at meetings in Lansing.
