As a first time home buyer, Academy made the process very smooth and easy to follow. Every step was clearly explained and every action was made completely clear.
Rick was extremely punctual and easy to work with. He always got back to me about questions even when he was at personal functions. Rick was amazing at explaining things to me so I would understand the terms and conditions of loan.
Rick and his son helped me secure my first home. I’m very thankful for both of them. I learned a lot through the process and they always answered my phone calls any time of the day.
They worked effectively and quickly to get me approved and in my house in 1.5 months! They let my in the loop and were quick to let me know what was needed. Can’t say enough good about this company!
