Poor communication from the loan processor tainted the whole loan experience. We would get calls from Irwin, immediately returned his "Important" call, and would get no reply for weeks. Richard was good, Irwin was awful.

Richard would always answer my questions promptly. There were times he wouldn’t answer the phone, but would always call back. He even contacted me on weekends when I needed a question answered.
