Actually, the service from Richard was great. The loan qualifying process is not fun with all the qualifying documentation needed but that is to be expected.

Nothing against Richard Thompson it was whomever he was working with. I wasn't impressed with the daily barrage of needed information, though some had been given more than once. The loan drug out longer then it should've had the people requested...
