Henry, as challenging as your file was, I would not trade it for any other! I am so happy it all worked out and that you are in your home.
Richard was extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly doubt you would find a better lender than Richard. With all the stresses that come with buying a house especially for the first time, he made it easy on us.

Richard was attentive and hard working during our initial home shopping process. He made sure we were understanding all the details. We weren't able to finish the process with him, but because of him we were able to make a sound decision.
