I have worked in the lending industry for over 30 years, the past 17 of which I have specialized in residential mortgages. This wealth of experience has put me in touch with a wide and varied range of customers from the first time homebuyer to the complicated, self-employed entrepreneur and everyone in between. My goal is always the same: to provide useful and reliable information to allow the customer to make an informed decision before entering into a real estate transaction. This includes providing estimates of the monthly mortgage payment over a wide range of pre-approved prices, as well as estimating the closing costs and down payment requirements.
