Rich made the process painless! We moved from out of state everything stayed on schedule and Rich would always answer his phone if we had any questions. Would highly recommend using him if you are in the market to buy a new house.
There was to much of back and fourth we were still working on paper work on the last day. It was too stressful. The Communication and not clear.
