Great communication
The communication
How hard everyone worked to get it done in the short amount of time we had.
Rich was experienced, knowledgeable, timely, and explained things every step of the way. He even took on an additional loan with minimal time to get approval to help the transactions happen for both sides.
Rich and his team were very helpful throughout the entire process, showed patience when requested items were delayed or not yet available, very responsive to any calls/texts/emails I sent and, overall, very easy to work with.
Each person I spoke with were patient, and took the time to give complete answers, making sure we understood each other. While dealing with finances can be stressful, the team at Fairway were always supportive and encouraging.
Rich is intelligent, transparent, and responsive. He treated us like family and was patient and empathetic answering all our questions.
