The process was very easy.
At the end of the day we got the loan and purchased the house. But as stated earlier, it would have been nice to discuss the rates throughout the process and not settling for the rate at 30 days. I think we could have had a lower rate
A more user friendly customer experience and knowledge of what you need to be asking for from your clients.
