Richard Judah is the best AE that we ever can ask for. He is very responsive with clear understanding. He gets our job done properly. We are very happy to have him.
The underwriter worked really closely with us to overcome the initial hurdles.
Richard is a great AE but your underwriters need more education. I had a loan that you would not do close with another lender without incident. This is the 3rd loan that was denied at FM and closed somewhere else.
