Richard was prompt/timely with all work and responding to emails. He walked me through the process whenever we had any questions. I enjoyed working with Richard.
The communication and education throughout the process were top notch. I always felt like I was his only client.
Rich is great! He’s helped me with three mortgages now. He’s communicative, friendly, and always makes sure you understand your options and the process.
