The underwriting process was arduous even though Inwas super organized.
The loan process was easy, smooth and stressfree and they always kept you updated on what was needed. Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional to work with throughout the entire process from start to finish.
Rich had just the right balance between having patience and following up to get everything done. He explained everything thoroughly and let us do everything in our own time when we were ready. Great guy and great experience. Highly recommend....
