This was my first time refinancing and I didn’t have a lot of knowledge about the matter but Richard and his team were very helpful and I really appreciate the great communication they provided. The whole experience was smooth and easy.

Richard and his team have gone above and beyond to secure the best rates on two different mortgages for me. Other lenders I've dealt with have put in noticeably less effort. I would recommend Richard to anyone for their lending needs.
