We felt very supportive throughout the entire process. There were moments that were stressful as we learned new things, but even during the hardest moments, we felt entirely supported by a knowledgeable and motivated team.

Very knowledgeable and very responsive to emails
From start to finish, I was serviced promptly, efficiently and courteously. Any time I had a question I received an almost immediate response. Everything went so seamlessly and easily.
Richard responded promptly to my questions and got me a great deal on my refinance. He saved me a little each month and knocking 5 years off my mortgage in the process!
In the last stage, it was very confusing on whether the loan will be approved or not . I have other properties and they don’t have any outstanding loans but yet lot of investigation was done on those. Undue documents were asked, at one point...
