Extremely bad communication and unorganized
The team worked very hard to ensure I requested closing date occurred on time. One concern I had was that I had requested to have USAA manage my loan. I never did receive any feedback regarding if that request could be met or not.
Rich is very communicative and fast in responding. Great to work with.
