I didn't go down one star of the team because his team did a great job. However the underwritter was a bit of a problem and actually made us close a day late. This was not Rich's fault and so I didn't penalize him for it.
Rich is not only able to get rate rates, but his communication is second to none. Rich calls, emails and texts throughout the entire process. I was never wondering what was happening and he even takes medial tasks off my plate. He is amazing!...
