    Rich is the best lender. His communication and service are second to none. He even beat out 3 other lenders on rates. He works hard to get information quickly and make transactions very smooth. Even helped with closing early!

    This is my 3rd time working with Rich...one new loan and 2 refi's. Rich explains everything clearly and concisely, and takes all of the work out of it. All I really had to do was sign the appropriate documents.
