Just being available for questions. I had a lot moving to a new state.
We appreciated the communication and status updates. It was a pretty easy and quick process.
Rich is amazing to work with. He is always there ready to answer any questions. He is fast and efficient and we have established a great working relationship. We use Rich for all of mortgage needs.
