It was very quick and without any issues
Clear, fast communication. Honesty. Trying to help us make the best of our situation instead of giving us the run-around and trying to nickel-and-dime us.
Rich was always available to answer our questions whenever we needed him. He was also polite, understanding, and very knowledgeable.
