Went to closing without the buyer sending the correct amount via wire to close. This led to us awkwardly siting at the closing table for a long period of time. On top of that, they didn't even close officially until they sent a second wire...

While the people I engaged with were pleasant, the process is ineffective. I am accustomed to one point of contact from a lender, not the half dozen through RC. It may make it more convenient for RC, but the customer experience is poor. The...
