We had a hard time getting our calls/questions answered when our loan contingency was going to expire and we had not yet received the appraisal. Also, the closing costs were much higher then the disclosure signed before

Communication was, for the most part, great. However, getting the final document/approval to the title company and the final cash to close number seemed to come down to the last minute for no particular reason.
