Richelle explained everything thoroughly and made the entire experience very pleasant instead of stressful…she was great!

Richelle is a super communicator and a wonderful person. I feel open to ask questions at any time and feel she has my best interests at heart which is really important especially when her job entails dealing with senior citizens.
