Renee was there for any questions and it didn't matter when I needed her she was there. I haven't bought a house for 23 years and really didn't understand a lot but she explained everything so that I could understand it

Renee is VERY responsive and does a great job explaining what's going on and is very timely which is very refreshing. She even shows up for closings and does video messages as we go through the process. Highly recommend!

Had to repeat some important things several times. For instance that we were paying of HOI ourselves and explaining repeatedly that our daughter would be buying us out, not refinancing in the future. Was not offered an ARM or explained why...
