Renee is VERY responsive and does a great job explaining what's going on and is very timely which is very refreshing. She even shows up for closings and does video messages as we go through the process. Highly recommend!

My clients love the app and the communication between it and the lender. Christine is always very communicative and answers all questions throoughly and accurately .
