There was roughly a 10 day lag in our authorization of payment for the request for inspection, due to a drop in communication between Processor and Assistant. That possibly pushed closing date some days back.
Renee explained things clearly and was helpful. If she was not able to answer my questions right away, she would get back to me as soon as she could.
Renee was amazing through this whole process and was very responsive and quick to take a call to answer any questions we had.
