    Renata is not a quality loan originator. As someone who works for a mortgage banker, I think Colten would be better off investing their time in originators that actually care about their borrowers.

    Communication was not there and because of this our closing was delayed. We were assured several times that not having our co-signer at closing would not be a problem. He would be mailed the documents to sign and then he could expedite them...
